Description
Calhoun Falls State Recreation Area is located on Lake Russell, one of South Carolina's most popular lakes. Coves around this 26,650-acre lake create excellent habitats for bass, bluegill, crappie, catfish and others. Lakeside camping is a popular amenity at this park, as well as a hiking trail, picnic area with shelters, tennis court and a swimming area

Alerts and Important Information
All sites are available for reservations with four sites designated for handicapped individuals. Late arrivals should contact the park for gate arrangements. No one under the age of 18 may register for or reserve a campsite. Pets are allowed, but must remained leashed. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10Pm to 7AM. Please contact the park to reserve ADA (Disabled Access) Standard and Full Service sites.
