Firewood Notice: Firewood is not allowed on Wisconsin State Park or Forest properties from out of state or from more than fifty miles away from the property you are going to. Also, firewood that has been in the Wisconsin Emerald Ash Borer quarantined area.http://www.emeraldashborer.wi.gov/pdf/Wisconsin Emerald Ash Borer quarantined area.pdf is not allowed on properties outside of the quarantined area. Please buy firewood nearby or at the property you are going to. Call the DNR toll-free Firewood Hotline 1-877-303-WOOD (9663) for information before packing up for a trip. Primitive camping no showers or flush toilet. Fishing is allowed in the river, fisherpersons 16 years and older need a fishing license. There is no beach, but swimming is allowed in the river as determined by water level. The park has 1.8 miles of trail. Camping is available year round, with site #3 plowed for winter camping. Setting up your campsite is NOT allowed between 11:00pm and 6:00am.

Park is on 1st come/1st served bases when not on reservations.

Vehicle admission stickers are required. Click here for cost of the sticker. Motor vehicles are restricted to the designated parking area at the campsite. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed at a campsite. Generator use is not allowed in the park. Reservations cannot be cancelled online.
