DescriptionLocated along the southwestern shore of Lake Jocassee, this park provides outdoor recreation amid the beauty of the Blue Ridge at the Jocassee Gorges. Lakefront camping, hiking and picnicking are among some of the favorite activities, along with vacationing in the park's contemporary mountain villas. Boaters can drive to remote islands or sites of waterfalls spilling into the lake.

Alerts and Important Information
Pets are not allowed in the villas or villa areas but when kept under physical restraint are allowed in most other areas. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Must be 18 years old to reserve a campsite.
A per person admission fee applies to visitors entering the park. (Overnight guest are exempt.)
Make arrangements in advance for entering or exiting the park after hours. Please contact the park to reserve ADA (Disabled Access) Standard and Full Service sites.

Located five miles north of Salem off SC Hwy 11 on Jocassee Lake Road and 15 miles northwest of Pickens.
Driving Directions: From Interstate 85: Exit 1 to Hwy 11 N. Take Hwy 11 for approx 40 miles, turn left on Lake Jocassee Rd and travel 3 mi. From Interstate 26: Take exit 5 onto Hwy 11 to Campobello. Travel for approximately 60 miles. Turn right on Lake Jocassee Rd. and travel 3 miles.
