To insure fairness for all NY customers, any reservation with departure dates outside the 9-month Maximum Window can not be changed or cancelled until 18 days after the reservation was made.

The only way to get to the park is by boat, there are no bridges or ferries. Patrons must have at least a 14' motorized boat to access Mary Island. Boaters are instructed to launch from Keewaydin State Park. Motor boats can be rented at Keewaydin State Park Marina. Boat rentals are available at Wellesley Island State Park Marina 315-482-6503.

This Park operates under a 2-day window for advance reservations.

Patron must be 18 or older to register for a site.

Pets are allowed with proof of a valid rabies certificate. They must be kept on a leash confining them to the site.

Peak season: A person may be the primary site occupant for 14 total days of camping within a 16 day period. S/he must leave the park for 48 hours once they have stayed the maximum number of days allowed before beginning a new reservation.

Mary Island is located to the east of Wellesley Island, with only a narrow channel separating them. Access is by boat only, from either Grass Point State Park (4 miles over water), or Keewaydin State Park, which is 2 miles from the island. Patrons must have at least a 14' motorized boat to access Mary Island. Boaters are instructed to launch from Keewaydin State Park.
