Drain all water from equipment - Discard live bait before leaving - To kill Zebra Mussels, dry equipment for five days or wash with high pressure hot water WHEATLAND PARK (MO), MODescriptionThe clear water of Pomme de Terre Lake and the rolling Ozark hills provide an excellent setting for camping, picnicking, swimming, fishing, hunting or almost any outdoor recreational activity. Pomme de Terre Lake with its 7,790 surface acres & 113 miles of shoreline is well known for it excellent fishing combined with the panoramic scenery.Wheatland Park has 83 campsites; 26 electric, 1 accessible, 41 electric & water, 10 basic, & 9 tent only sites, and 1 picnic shelter. Additional amenities include: 2 shower houses, boat ramp, courtesy dock, playground, & swim beach. Services & Amenities:
Alerts and Important InformationWheatland Park is open year around, however, the ammenities are only available April 16-October 15. Campsite fees ar $12-$20/night. The picnic shelter is available for reservations through the project office for $20/day. Additional fees will be charged for additional camping units.
