TUCKER HOLLOW PARK (AR), AR

Description

Tucker Hollow Park is open on a first come - first serve basis for the 2009 season, the park is not accepting advance reservations this is due to rehab and construction work being performed in our campgrounds caused by natural disasters.
Tucker Hollow Park Campground is located on Bull Shoals Lake in north central Arkansas. Bull Shoals Lake has great appeal to the sportsmen, bird watchers, naturalists, or those who just want to watchers, naturalists, or those who just want to get away from it all. Hiking, all types of water sports and hunting in season are featured attractions.

Alerts and Important Information

The campground is open year round and fees are charged Apr-Oct. Sites are $16/ night. Group shelters are available for $40-$50/day. Attendants are on duty from 10am-6pm and the campground telephone number is (870) 436-5622. There is a minimum 2-day stay on weekends (Fri & Sat) and a 3-day stay on holiday weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun). Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

This park will open April 1, 2006 to October 31, 2006.
Reservations are taken from May 17 through September 13; sites may be available on a first come-first served basis outside the reservation season.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 3pm.
Single site occupancy is limited to 2 units (1 wheeled unit and 1 tent, OR 2 tents) and 10 people.
No all-terrain vehicles, firearms, or livestock allowed.
All pets must be caged or secured on a leash no more than 6' in length.
Copies of Title 36 CFR Rules and Regulations are available at the project office or park gatehouse.
Park attendant on duty from 10am-6pm.
Sites are $16/night.

From Lead Hill, AR, travel SR 14 7 mi. NW to SR 281. Travel 3 mi. N on SR 281 and follow signs into campground. Go 7 miles northwest of Lead Hill, AR, on state highway 14, then 3 miles north on state highway 281.
