Description

The Gull Lake Recreation Area is situated on the Gull River at the outlet of Minnesota's famous Gull Lake chain of lakes. The recreation area offers something for everyone which includes camping, boating, swimming, picnicking, fishing, interpretive hiking trails, playground, hot showers and flush toilets. Our campground is known for its well spaced wooded sites which all have either 50 or 30 amp service, picnic tables, fire rings and provide a chance to relax to the sounds of nature. Our boat ramp and beach are located right on Gull Lake where you have the opportunity to hear the call of the loon on nine connecting lakes or wet a line for a chance to catch a wide array of fish that includes walleye, bass and a variety of panfish. The recreation area is located minutes from over 520 holes of golf, numerous shopping locations, the 100 mile long Paul Bunyan Trail and several amusement parks.
