TEAL LAKE GROUP CAMPSITE (CO), CODescriptionThe Group Site and the rest of the campground will be closed for the 2009 season. The campground will be closed until further notice for removal of hazardous dead trees. Campers are encouraged to consider camping at the Big Creek Lakes Camground which has both reservation and first-come, first-serve sites. Group site has 4 picnic tables and 2 fire rings. Sites are adjacent to the lake. Restrooms are provided. Area is private. Popular trout fishing area. Close to the wilderness boundary. Parking area is limited to 7 vehicles. The lake is limited to electric motors only. Campground host is on site.Alerts and Important InformationPlease be aware Teal Lake Group will be closed January 2, 2010 through January 1, 2011 due to removal of hazardous trees and debris, in order to make the area safe.
