Description

There are 2 Table Mountains in California. This one is located in the Angeles-Big Pines area. This facility has vault toilets, paved spurs, fire pits, water spigots every 6 sites, some grills, and bear boxes. Summer temperatures are in the low 80's with cool evenings. Activities include sightseeing, hiking, picnicking, and nature study.

Beginning the last week in September, reservations will only be taken in the Apache, Broken Blade, Twisted Arrow and Zuni loops and at the amphitheater.

This campground is closed for the remainder of the 2009 season due to fires in the area.

*This campground has first-come, first-served sites* Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. A per day per vehicle fee for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground. Firewood sold at the campground. No refunds are given for bad weather. CAUTION: Bears frequent this area. All food must be kept in approved containers. Please check for current fire restrictions with the Angeles National Forest at 661-296-9710.
