SUTTON BLUFF RECREATION AREA (MO), MODescriptionSutton Bluff is located 13 miles outside Centerville, Missouri, on the Black River. There is a 20 mile all-terrain vehicle trail that can be accessed from the campground (permit required). The Ozark Trail passes near the campground (hiking, horseback riding & mountain biking). Roomy campsites surrounded by open lawn and natural shading, cool breezes, abundant songbirds, and scenic views all add to this lovely campground.Services & Amenities:
Alerts and Important InformationThe Sutton Bluff Campground will re-open to the public on June 27, 2009. Reservations for campsites can be made starting June 29, 2009. Currently all OHV trails at Sutton Bluff will continue to be closed until clean up operations can fully be accomplished and the trails are once again safe to ride.
