Description

All sites are near the lake at Sagehen Reservoir adjacent to Antelope, Eastside and Hollywood Point Campgrounds. Smith's Ferry, Idaho is 18 miles east, Emmett, Idaho is 45 miles south, and Ola, Idaho is 18 miles south. Campground elevation is about 4800 feet above sea level. The area is wooded mountain terrain with streams and a reservoir popular for trout fishing. Other popular activities include mushroom picking, berry gathering, and hunting. Summer temperatures are usually 80 to 90 degrees during the day with cool nights. The campground has hand-pumped well water and vault toilets. Firewood is sold at the campground.
