As the nation's largest federal provider of outdoor and water-based recreation, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers invites you and your family to have a safe and enjoyable visit to one of the Corps' more than 400 lakes and more than 2,400 recreation sites nationwide. During your visit to these sites or the thousands of other federal lands and waters, we encourage you and your loved ones to always wear a properly fitted life jacket when boating or playing on or near the water. We need your help to reduce the number of water-related injuries and deaths. Visitor safety is the Corps' number one priority. We actively promote water and boater safety and education programs. RAGLAND BOTTOM (TN), TN

Description

Ragland Bottom Campground is located on the beautiful Center Hill Lake about 8 miles from Smithville, TN. It is settled on the rolling hills of middle Tennessee with beautiful dogwood blooms to decorate the area in the spring. The campground offers 57 sites some with water and electric hookups. Additional amenities include hot showers, a dump station, a boat ramp, interpretive trail, swimming area, and public telephones.

Alerts and Important Information

Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance for family sites and 4 days in advance for group sites. This campground requires a 2 night minimum stay on weekends. This campground requires a 3 night minimum holiday weekend stay. The campground is open mid-April through mid-October and sites range from $14 - $24 per night. A Picnic Shelter is available for reservation for $50 per day. All equipment and vehicles must be on the site assigned. Garbage must be disposed of before leaving. No alcohol allowed. Attendants are on duty and more information may be obtained by calling (931)761-3616. Pets and alcohol are prohibited in the Day Use Area including in the Picnic Shelter.
