Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Reservations are taken from 5/18/2007 through 9/10/2007; sites may be available on a first come - first served basis outside the reservation season. This is the Rainbow Bay Day Use Area at the Lake of the Woods. Is this the campground you are requesting? Aspen Point and Sunset Campgrounds are part of the Lake of the Woods complex. There is no electricity/water/sewer site hook-ups at this facility. All equipment must fit on the site pad. Vehicles park in developed areas only. Water spigots are shared between sites and are located few feet away. This is a Day-use area. There is no overnight camping allowed.
The only items we charge for is parking ($6 a car) and day use group site ($50) a day. We do not sell fire wood at Rainbow.
