During your visit to these sites or the thousands of other federal lands and waters, we encourage you and your loved ones to always wear a properly fitted life jacket when boating or playing on or near the water. Description

Pine Meadows Campground is located on Cottage Grove Lake in Oregon's southern Willamette Valley. The campground is 10 miles from the city of Cottage Grove. The area offers a variety of recreational opportunities including fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, and numerous covered bridges. Located in the low foothills of the Calapooya Mountains, Pine Meadows is surrounded by a diverse mixture of marshland, coniferous forests, and grasslands.

Alerts and Important Information

Pine Meadows Campground will be open from May 15 - September 14, 2009.
  • Once checked in, sites must be occupied.
  • Reservations are not made at the park outside the booking window.
  • Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
  • There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends (Fri. & Sat.) and a 3 night minimum stay on holidays.
  • The campground is open the Fri. before Memorial weekend and closes the week after Labor Day and sites are $15/night.
  • Camping fee covers only the camping unit (motorhome, trailer, pickup camper, or one vehicle with tents) and any towed vehicle that enters the park attached to the camping unit.
  • A fee of $5 for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground.
  • Maximum 1 RV and 2 tents or 3 tents per site.
  • Maximum 8 people per site.
  • Maximum 3 additional vehicles per site permitted in park.
  • Sites 1-93 are family standard sites within the main campground.
  • Sites A - O are primitive sites in Primitive Camground, a loop adjacent to Pine Meadows Campground with limited amenities available.
  • The Primitive loop is open from May 22, 2009 - Sep. 7, 2009
  • There is no electricity, water or sewer site hook-ups at this campground.
  • No livestock. No ATV's or ORV's allowed.
  • Visitor hours end at 10pm.
  • Posted health department warnings for consumption of fish from Cottage Grove Lake.

    From Eugene, OR: Interstate 5 south to Exit 172. Turn left on London Road. Approximately 3 miles after exit, take a left on Cottage Grove Reservoir Road. Campground is approximately 3 miles on the right.
    From Roseburg, OR: Interstate 5 North to Exit 170. Continue driving on Highway 99 for approximately 2.3 miles. Take a right on Latham Road and drive approximately 1 mile. Turn Right on London Road and drive approximately 3 miles. Take a left on Cottage Grove Reservoir Road and drive 2.5 mile, Pine Meadows Campground is the right.
