PACKARD CREEK PICNIC (OR), OR

Description

This popular campground is located on a reservoir close to Oakrdige, and includes a boat ramp and a swim area. Non-campers must pay a $5 Day-Use Fee to use the swim area and/or boat dock. The campground is great for both RVs and tents. There is a group area that can hold approximately 75 people that includes a spacious field for tents, a dining area and space for parking RVs and cars.

Packard Creek Campground is at a low elevation on Hills Creek Reservoir just outside Oakridge, OR on FS Road 21. Popular activities in the area include: swimming, hiking, fishing and motorized boating. Water is available at this campground. There are reservable single/double sites, a reservable group area and first come first serve sites at this campground. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. Hoodoo does not reserve non-reservable sites that are for upon arrival. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am. Alerts and Important Information

Bring confirmation letter to the campground. Do not leave home without it. Pets are allowed but need to be restrained. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am. No discharge of FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS. NO CHAINSAWS. Water is available at this campground. Golden Age/Golden Access - Senior Pass/Senior Access cards receive half price for camping site/one payment. This campground has reservable sites and first come first serve sites. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. Site fee includes payment for the site and one vehicle. Any additional vehicles will be charged a fee of $7.00 at the campground. Maximum # of vehicles are site dependant. Extra vehicles must fit within the campsite's designated parking areas. Parking spurs may not be perfectly level.

Overnight Group Area is located on the grassy knoll to the right after the entrance to the campground.
