NAT CALDWELL PARK (TN), TN

Description

Located along the shoreline of the nearly 22,500 acre Old Hickory Lake just outside just outside of Gallatin and Metropolitan Nashville, TN, Nat Caldwell Recreation Area offers visitors exceptional bank fishing, a reservable group picnic shelter, and a portable restroom. With numerous species of wildlife residing in and around Old Hickory Lake, visitors can view abundant populations of migratory songbirds,waterfowl and wading birds, making nature study and photography additional exciting pastimes.

Alerts and Important Information

  • Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance.
  • The day use shelter is available from May 7- September 1, 2010 and can be reserved for $35/day.
  • The shelter will accommodate 50 people and 30 vehicles.
  • Check in time is 6am and check out time is 10pm.
  • No electric, water, or Handicap Access
