Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 day minimum stay on weekends. This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends. Campsites consist of hard surface parking pad, water and electric hookups, picnic table, barbecue grills, utility tables, lantern hooks, and trash can. A trailer dump station is provided. There is a boat ramp and heated shower restroom.
Malden Lake Park has an electric gate system at the gate house which requires a code to enter after gate house has closed. Gate Attendant will issue gate codes to campers at the time of registering for a campsite.

From Interstate 30 exit on HWY 8 at New Boston, Texas, take HWY 8 south through Maud, Texas, approximately 6 miles south of Maud, park road will be on the left. Park is located on the north side of Wright Patman Lake.
