As the nation's largest federal provider of outdoor and water-based recreation, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers invites you and your family to have a safe and enjoyable visit to one of the Corps' more than 400 lakes and more than 2,400 recreation sites nationwide. During your visit to these sites or the thousands of other federal lands and waters, we encourage you and your loved ones to always wear a properly fitted life jacket when boating or playing on or near the water. Drain all water from equipment - Discard live bait before leaving - To kill Zebra Mussels, dry equipment for five days or wash with high pressure hot water LIGHTFOOT LANDING (MO), MODescriptionThe clear water of Pomme de Terre Lake and the rolling Ozark hills provide an excellent setting for camping, picnicking, swimming, fishing, hunting, or almost any outdoor recreational activity. Pomme de Terre Lake, with its 7790 surface acres and 113 miles of shoreline, is well known for its excellent fishing combined with the panoramic scenery.Lightfoot Landing has 29 electric/water sites (1 accessible), 6 basic sites, 5 tent sites and 3 group camps. Additional amenities include a shower house, boat ramp with courtesy dock, dump station, playground and picnic shelter. Services & Amenities:
Alerts and Important InformationThe campground is open year round, but amenities are only available April 16 to October 15. Campsites fees are $12-$20/night, and $30/night for a group campsite. Fees for all sites allow for a single camping unit: 1 wheeled unit plus 1 tent OR 2 tents. Fees for additional camping units may be assessed at the campground.
