KYLE CANYON CAMPGROUND (NV), NV

Description

Kyle Canyon Campground is located about 23 miles from Las Vegas at an altitude of 6900 feet. Set along a creek on the floor of the canyon, this campground parallels the highway and has 25 single sites. Campers come here to fish in the creek, hike, mountain bike, and generally relax in the cool mountain air.

Alerts and Important Information

Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Water spigots are shared between sites and are located a few ft away. There is no electricity/water/sewer site hook-ups at this campground. Reservations are taken from mid-May through Columbus Day in October; sites may be available on a first come - first served basis outside the reservation season. Please check with the Forest Service for current fire restrictions 702-515-5400 No more than 2 vehicles per single site will be allowed. Group sites will be allowed a maximum of 4 vehicles.

From Las Vegas, Nevada, travel north on Highway 95 to the junction of Highway 157 (Kyle Canyon). Turn left and travel approximately 18 miles; campground is on the left side of the highway.
