JARVIES FAMILY BOAT IN (UT), UT

Description

This newly renovated boat-in campground offers access to great fishing and wonderful scenery. Jarvies Canyon is located at 6040' in a juniper and Pinyon pine forest on the shore of Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Access to this campground is by boat only. The closest boat ramps are Cedar Springs and Mustang Ridge approximately 4 miles away. There are 7 single-family sites, 2 of which can be reserved. Each single-family site has a cabana, picnic table, tentpad, and firering. The campground area offers a vault restroom and gravel trails between campsites and a dock system with limited space.

Alerts and Important Information

Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. Boating access only. Boat lengths must not exceed 36'. Disabled visitors will need assistance to move from boat dock to the trail and campsites. Golden Age/Golden Access holders receive a 50% discount on use fees that are charged per single-family unit. No refunds for bad weather. A recreation fee is required for all usage outside the campground at Flaming Gorge National Recreation ARea. The per vehicle fees are $5 per day, $15 for 7 days, and $35 per season. Passes available from CG hosts, local businesses, the FS.
