As the nation's largest federal provider of outdoor and water-based recreation, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers invites you and your family to have a safe and enjoyable visit to one of the Corps' more than 400 lakes and more than 2,400 recreation sites nationwide. During your visit to these sites or the thousands of other federal lands and waters, we encourage you and your loved ones to always wear a properly fitted life jacket when boating or playing on or near the water. We need your help to reduce the number of water-related injuries and deaths. Visitor safety is the Corps' number one priority. We actively promote water and boater safety and education programs. HURRICANE BRIDGE (TN), TN

Description

Hurricane Bridge Recreation Area is open all year; Reservations for the picnic shelter are accepted from April 1 - October 30. Hurricane Bridge is located on Center Hill Lake in Middle Tennessee. There are two boat ramps, a picnic area, and a picnic shelter. There is no camping at Hurricane Bridge.

Alerts and Important Information

Reservations for the Picnic Shelter must be made 4 days in advance. The shelter can be reserved for $50 per day. The day use area hours are from 6am to 10pm. Pets must be on a leash. Maximum of 125 people per shelter reservation. There is no camping at Hurricane Bridge. Those wishing to use the boat launching facilities will be charged an additional day use fee at the park.
