CAMPGROUND RECEIVES IMPROVEMENTS: Fishhook Campground is receiving electrical upgrades just in time for the 2010 Recreation Season. All RV campsites and Site #16 will now have 50 Amp electrical services. These improvements are being made possible under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. FISHHOOK PARK (WA), WADescriptionFishhook Park, in Eastern Washington, is located on Lake Sacajawea, formed by Ice Harbor Lock and Dam on the Lower Snake River. The Park was named for Fishhook Rapids which used to be near this site. In October 1805 Lewis and Clark endured some challenging days on this section of the river.Today Fishhook is a fishing destination, as the name implies, attracting boaters and Anglers alike to it black rock canyons. Visitors can also enjoy upland hunting, hiking, swimming, water sports, or just relaxing in the shade under the mature trees scattered throughout the park. Services & Amenities:

(Latitude, Longitude): 46.315, -118.76611 From Pasco, WA: Take U.S. Highway 12 eastbound, after crossing the Snake River Bridge, head east on State Route 124. Continue on State Route 124 for 19 miles, and then turn left, heading north, on Fishhook Park Road. Follow Fishhook Park Road for 4 miles which will lead you to the park entrance.
