Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
This campground requires:

• 2 night minimum stay on weekends.
• 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

The campground is open all year, however, amenities are only available April 16 to October 15.
Campsite fees range from $12-14 for a non-electric site, to $16-22 for an electric site.

It is generally considered safe to canoe the Pomme de Terre river at 500 cubic feet per second (cfs). Currently we are discharging 2,500 cfs. The local canoe outfitter, Angler's Resort, will not equip any consumers on the river at these extended outflows due to the dangerous conditions.

From Springfield MO: Take US 65 north 60 miles to Preston MO. Take Hwy 54 west to Hermitage, MO. Take Hwy 254/64 south to Carsons Corner, take Hwy 254 west toward the Dam. The entrance to Damsite Park is on the south side of 254.
