CRANFIELD PARK (AR), AR

Description

Cranfield Park is open on a first come - first serve basis for the 2009 season, the park is not accepting advance reservations this is due to rehab and construction work being performed in our campgrounds caused by natural disasters.
Cranfield Park Campground is located on Norfork Lake in north central Arkansas. Norfork Lake has great appeal to sportsmen, bird watchers, naturalists, or those who just want to get away from it all. Hiking, all types of water sports, and hunting in season are featured attractions.

Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

  • This campground requires a 2 day minimum stay on weekends.
  • This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends.

This park will open April 1, 2006 to October 31, 2006. Reservations are taken from May 17 through September 13; sites may be available on a first come-first served basis outside the reservation season.
No all-terrain vehicles allowed.
No livestock allowed.
Park attendants are on duty from 10am-6pm.
There is a limit of 1 wheeled unit and 1 tent (or 2 tents) per single site occupancy.
Please register for the campsite during booth hours (10:00AM to 6:00PM). Please check in at the gatehouse upon arrival.

From Mountain Home, AR, travel 5 miles east on US 412/62, turn left onto Cranfield Road (CR 34) for 3 miles to the park entrance. Follow signs into the campground.
