BLACKHAWK PARK (WI), WI

Description

The campground offers 165 campsites, including 65 electrical site. 39 of the electrical sites are reservable. All non-electrical sites are non-reservable on a first-come first-serve basis. AMENITIES INCLUDE: Coin operated showers, two boat ramps, two playgrounds, two picnic shelters, sanitary waste disposal station, volleyball court, horseshoe pits pay phone and fishing dock.

Alerts and Important Information

*Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance.*

2 night minimum on weekends. 3 night minimum on holidays.

The campground is open March through October.

Reservations are available May 31st through October 30th.

Blackhawk Park is open for first-come, first-serve customers from March 30th to May 30th.

Reservations cannot be made at the park.

Please register at the fee station.

No ATV's, ORV's or any any unlicensed motorized vehicles are allowed in the park.

Allowed per site are one RV and one tent OR 2 Tents.

No Parking or Driving off of established sites or roads is allowed in the electric site areas of the park. Everything except boat trailers must fit on the gravel part of the site.

Pets are allowed on all sites, they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet and attended to at all times.

The Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest (CNNF) has prohibited the possession, storage or transportation of any firewood that originates from outside the state of Wisconsin or that originates from more than 25 miles from the destination point. The exception is firewood gathered on the CNNF. This is to prevent the spread the Emerald Ash Borer and other exotic insect pests. Firewood is available at or near camping facilities.
Pets are allowed but must be leashed and not left unattended.
No firearms or fireworks allowed in campground.>
