Campground Details - Big Meadows Del Norte (CO), CO - ReserveAmerica

Description

Located in the San Juan Mountains in south central Colorado, thirteen miles west of the town of South Fork. Elevation is 9,300 feet. Campground is situated in a heavily wooded area and all sites are shaded. There is privacy from adjacent sites. Fire rings are provided at each site. Restrooms are provided. There is a barrier free fishing pier and boat ramp, the reservoir is stocked with fish. The nearest telephone is 4 miles away. The nearest dump station is thirteen miles away. There is a two mile long trail around the reservoir. Popular activities include fishing, hiking, and boating.

This campground has first-come, first-served sites.
Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance.
2 night minimum on weekends. 3 night minimum on holidays.
A per day per vehicle fee for extra vehicles will be collected at thecampground beginning with the second vehicle.
No refunds are given for bad weather.
Bring your own water. Campground water system is not operating.
