BIG BAY CAMPGROUND (MO), MODescriptionBig Bay Campground, located on beautiful Table Rock Lake, is the only National Forest-managed campground on a major lake in Missouri. Forty miles to Branson/Silver Dollar City, and thirty miles to Eureka Springs,AR. Enjoy water activities on the lake, or venture out into thousands of National Forest acres. There are numerous forest roads to explore or take a hike within the Piney Creek Wilderness. Maps and information are available at the district office in Cassville or Chamber of Commerce of Shell Knob. Roads and site parking areas are all paved. There is a pay phone next to the lighted information/fee station. Campsites are wooded with mixed hardwood and cedar trees. Vegetation screening is maintained between campsites for privacy and to maintain the natural environment. Many campsites are within 150 feet of the lakeshore and the lake is accessible. The lake visible from most sites. There is a picnic area and boat launch adjacent to the campground. Services & Amenities:

Go east on Highway YY 2.5 miles to Junction of YY-1 and Big Bay Road. Turn left (north) on Big Bay Road and follow down hill, curve to the right through the gate, and follow road into the campground.
