BEAVER CREEK (MO), MO

Description

Beaver Creek is open on a first come - first serve basis for the 2009 season, the park is not accepting advance reservations this is due to rehab and construction work being performed in our campgrounds caused by natural disasters.
Beaver Creek Campground is located on Bull Shoals Lake in south central Missouri. Bull Shoals Lake has great appeal to sportsmen, bird watchers, watchers, naturalist, or those who just want to "get away from it all." Hiking, all types of water sports and hunting in season are featured attractions. Beaver Creek Campground offers 36 campsites with electrical hookups.

Additional amenities include hot showers, flush toilet, launch ramp, dump station, playground, group shelter, and a marina. Beaver Creek MAILING ADDRESS:

Alerts and Important Information

The campground is open year round and fees are charged Mar-Oct. Sites are $12-$16/night. A group shelter is available for $40/day. Attendants are on duty from 10am-6pm.

Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

  • This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends.

There is a minimum 2-day stay on weekends (Fri & Sat) and a 3-day stay on holiday weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun). This park will open March 1, 2006 to October 31, 2006.
Reservations are taken from May 17 through September 13; sites may be available on a first come-first served basis outside the reservation season.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 3:00 p.m.
  • Single site occupancy is limited to two units, 1 wheeled unit and 1 tent or 2 tents, and ten (10) people.
  • No ATVs, firearms, or livestock are allowed on park grounds.
  • All pets must be caged or secured on a leash no more than 6 feet in length.
  • Copies of Title 36, CFR, Rules and Regulations are available at the project office or park gatehouse.
  • Attendant on duty at the park 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

From Mountain Home, AR, travel north on State Route 5 for 24 miles to US 160. Follow 160 west for 42 miles to Kissee Mills, MO to junction of State Route O; go left on State Route O. Follow signs to the park.
