ARCH DAM CAMPGROUND (UT), UTDescriptionLocated within 1 mile of the Flaming Gorge Dam and the Green River Spillway, a prime fishing and rafting area. Situated at 6200', this area is representative of a high desert community. The landscape is mainly a pinyon pine forest and sagebrush; temperatures can fluctuate from warm days to cool nights. Facilities include vault toilets, potable water, many picnic tables, and 6'-diameter fire rings. Public showers are available at Mustang Ridge and Deer Run.Alerts and Important InformationA per day per person fee will be collected at for persons beyond the maximum noted with each site. A recreation fee is required for all usage outside the campground at Flaming Gorge National Recreation ARea. The per vehicle fees are $5 per day, $15 for 7 days, and $35 per season.
