WALUPT LAKE CAMPGROUND (WA), WA

Description

Walupt Lake Campground is located at the west end of Walupt Lake. A very scenic area with views of Mt. Adams. A boat ramp at the campground provides access for small motorboats and non-motorized boats. Walupt Lake offers swimming and great fishing. There are numerous trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding and a horse camp is adjacent to the campground.

Alerts and Important Information

  • Road Closure:Due to winter damage to Road 21 - repair work has begun and Road 21 is closed. To access Walput Lake take Forest Road 23 south from Randle and then go north on Forest Road 21.
  • Reservations must be made 3 days in advance
  • 3 night minimum on holiday weekends
  • No ATVS or OHVS in campground
  • $5.00 fee for extra vehicles collected at the campground
  • All equipment must fit on the site pad
  • All vehicles park in developed areas only
  • Horses prohibited except in designated horse camps
  • Quiet hours 10pm to 6 am
  • Pets must be leashed at all times
