Set among manzanitas and Ponderosa pine on Sugar Pine Creek, this campground has 30 single sites. Days are warm to hot, and nights are cool. Campers come here to fish, canoe, hike, bike, swim, and boat on nearby Sugar Pine Reservoir.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE SITES AVAILABLE NO REFUNDS FOR BAD WEATHER Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. This campground has first come, first serve sites. Beginning with the 3rd vehicle a per day per vehicle fee will be collected at the campground. Firewood sold at the campground. No refunds are given for bad weather. Maximum Vehicle Lengths shown include all vehicles in tow. It's important to add the length of the tow vehicle when considering if your rig will fit on a specific site. Check in with camp manager upon arrival.

Take Interstate 8 (east from San Francisco, Napa, or Sacramento; or west from Reno) to the Auburn/Ravine Rd.Exit at Auburn. Continue east 17 miles to Foresthill. Travel through town about 9 miles to Forest Road 10/Sugar Pine Road. Turn left and go 9 miles to the Sugar Pine Campgrounds road. Turn right and continue 1.5 miles to the campground area. The road ends at Shirttail and Giant Gap Campgrounds.
