POTTERS CREEK PARK (TX), TX

Description

Open year round. Potter's Creek Park is located on the north side of Canyon Lake, which is located in the beautiful hill country of Texas, halfway between Austin and San Antonio. The park offers 119 campsites, one group shelter for large events, five smaller group sites with multiple RV hookups (2-3 RV's), and seven screened shelters. Additional amenities include flushing restrooms with showers, two dump stations, two boat ramps, a new fishing pier installed in 2009 and a swim beach. All sites have water and electric hookups, a covered picnic table, a stand up grill, and a fire ring. Park Rangers and Camp Hosts are available year round to handle your needs.

Alerts and Important Information

The campground is open year round and park hours are 7am-10pm. All inbound gates are locked at 10pm. Campsites are $18 per night for electricity and water, $32 per night for screened shelters, and $36-$50 per night for small group sites, and $14 per night for tent sites. The Group Shelter is $50 per day Monday through Thursday and $100 per day Friday through Sunday. Checkout is at 2:00pm for campsites and 10:00 am for the group shelter.
