Description

Located in the mountains with large Jeffrey pine trees and sagebrush. Robinson Creek runs by the campground. Lower and Upper Twin Lakes and the Hoover Wilderness are nearby. Opening and closing dates depend on the weather conditions. There is good fishing in Robinson Creek and Upper/Lower Twin Lakes, and good hiking and hunting opportunities in the area.

*This campground has first-come, first-served sites* *Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 night minimum stay on weekends. This campground requires a 3 night minimum stay on holidays.* CAUTION: Bears frequent the area. All food must be kept in approved containers. No refunds are given for bad weather. A per day per vehicle fee will be collected at the campground for extra vehicles beginning with the 2nd vehicle. At least one guest must occupy the site within the first 24 hours for the site to be held. Leaving an empty vehicle or camp equipment does not signify occupancy. You may only stay a combined total of 14 days per season at any of the sites in the Twin Lakes Drainage area. **This is part of Twin Lakes Drainage. Just outside of Bridgeport, CA. California fishing regulation in effect. Questions about policy and reservations, can be reached at 760-932-9888 by the Campground Managers. US Highway 395 runs through Bridgeport. Turn south on the Twin Lakes Road at the Texaco. Travel on the Twin Lakes Road for about 9.6 miles, left turn at Paha Campground.
