Transporting firewood onto the WMNF that originates outside of New Hampshire and Maine is PROHIBITED. Our forests are threatened by nonnative insects that can kill large numbers of trees. The emerald ash borer, Asian long horned beetle and Sirex woodwasp are wood-infesting species that can be transported long distances in firewood. Once transported into new areas, these insects can become established and kill local trees. HOW YOU CAN HELP: Leave firewood at home-do not transport it to cabins or campgrounds. Use firewood from local sources.

Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.

This campground requires:

• a 2 day minimum stay on weekends
• a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends.

This campground has first-come, first-served sites.

Your campsite fee includes parking for one vehicle. When you arrive at the campsite, you will be charged $5.00 per night if you park a second vehicle in the campground.

Must bring confirmation to the campground, post confirmation number and requested information on fee envelope.

From Waterville Valley, New Hampshire, take Highway 93 exit 28, travel east on Highway 49 to Tripoli Road for 10 miles, turn left onto Tripoli Road, pass the Waterville Campground entrance sign, continue for 1.5 miles and bear right at the Mt. Tecumseh sign, and continue 1.6 miles to the Osceola Vista entrance on right.
