Oakland Campground located on Bull Shoals Lake in north central Arkansas. Bull Shoals Lake has great appeal to the sportsmen, bird watchers, Oakland/Ozark Isle is located on Bull Shoals Lake in north central Arkansas. The lake is known for its exceptional water quality and naturalist, or those who just want to outstanding fisheries. The wooded shoreline and undeveloped nature of the lake offers visitors a remote experience, with modern services. The campground features flush toilets, warm showers, developed swimming area, boat launching ramps, group picnic shelter, and playgrounds.

Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

  • This campground requires a 2 day minimum stay on weekends.
  • This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends.

    This park is open from April 1 to October 31
    Reservations are taken from May 17 through September 13; sites may be available on a first come-first served basis outside the reservation season.
    Campsites are available from $15 to $18.
    Attendants are on duty from 10am-6pm.
    Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 3pm. Please check-in at the gatehouse upon arrival.
    Single site occupancy is limited to 10 people and 2 camping units (1 wheeled unit and 1 tent, or 2 tents).
    No ATVs, ORVS, firearms, or livestock allowed.
    Copies of Rules and Regulations available at Park Gatehouse or Project Office.

    From Mountain Home, AR, take SR 5 N 14 mi. to SR 202, then 10 mi. W on SR 202 to Oakland Park. Follow signs into campground From Mountain Home, AR, take SR 5 north 14 miles to SR 202, then go 10 miles west on SR 202 to Oakland/Ozark Isle Park. Follow signs into the campground.
