Description

North Shore campground is located 23 miles northeast of San Bernardino in the San Bernardino National Forest, 3 miles from Lake Arrowhead Viggage. Lake Gregory is 20 minutes away and offer fishing, boat rentals and a water slide park.

Alerts and Important Information

Effective September 1, 2009, through the end of the official 2009 fire season. All wood and charcoal fires are prohibited in all developed campgrounds , day use areas , and all other developed areas
Stoves using gas, jellied petroleum, or pressurized liquid fuel are still allowed. Check with the local Ranger Station for current fire restrictions
  • Reservations must be made at least 1 days in advance.
  • 3 night minimum for holiday weekends.
  • Camping fee includes entry for 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle.
  • A fee for extra vehciles will be collected at the campground.
  • Quiet hours 10pm to 6am.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times.
  • No public access to Lake Arrowhead.
  • Group camping not available.

    From San Bernardino CA, take Highway 18 about 20 miles to Lake Arrowhead turnoff. Take Highway 173 for 5 miles to northeast side of the lake. Turn right on Hospital Road and follow it to the campground.
