North Fork Campground is located on Rough River Lake. From camping to picnicking to fishing, Rough River Lake has it all to offer. The area is a nature lover's paradise. North Fork Campground offers 107 sites. Additional ammenities include hot showers, a dump station, playground's, a public beach, a group shelter, and a boat ramp.

Rough River Lake lies within the "Clifty" area of the Pennyroyal Region of Kentucky, providing views of ancient sandstone, shale, and limestone cliffs.

Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance.
This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends.

The campground is open from the first of May to mid-September with Park Attendants on duty, at which time the sites from from $17-$20/night. The telephone number is 270-257-8139.

Local option prohibits the use of alcohol. Off-road vehicles are not allowed.
