Description

Silver Creek Campground is located on Highway 89 South between Truckee and Tahoe City. This campground is located adjacent to the Truckee River and offer 21 single family sites and 7 walk in tent sites. For the fisherman, fishing is excellent from the banks of the Truckee River.

Alerts and Important Information

  • Reservations must be made 3 days in advance.
  • 3 night minimum for holiday weekends.
  • Additional $2.00 per night for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends.
  • The camping fee includes entry for 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle. A fee for extra vehicles per day will be collected at the campground.
  • Quite hours are from 10pm to 6am.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times.
  • Bears frequent the area. All food must be kept in approved containers.
  • No usage of firearms, chainsaws for fireworks in the campground.
  • No ATV/OHV use in the campgrounds.
  • Fire restrictions may apply during summer months.
