Description

Goose Lake Campground is located among large pine and fir trees with 19 walk in tent sites. The lake although small in size offers excellent fishing and has a boat ramp for launching small boats. This area is also noted for hiking and exploring many lava fields.

Alerts and Important Information

  • Reservations must be made 3 days in advance
  • 3 night minimum on holiday weekends
  • No water bring your own drinking water
  • No ATVS or OHVS in campground
  • $5.00 fee for extra vehicles collected at the campground
  • All equipment must fit on the site pad
  • All vehicles park in developed areas only
  • Horses prohibited except in designated horse camps
  • Quiet hours 10pm to 6 am
  • Pets must be leashed at all times

    From the East take SR 141 North from SR 14 to the town of Trout Lake, continue through town on SR 141 to its conclusion and start of FS 24, follow FS 24 to the junction with FS 60 and follow FS 60 (1 miles) to entrance of Goose Lake.

    From the West (Carson, WA) take Wind River Road North to Old State Highway, follow signs for Panther Creek Campground, continue past Panther Creek Campground on FS 65 to 4 corners, junction of FS 65 and 60, turn right on FS 60 for 7 miles to the entrance of Goose Lake.
