FREMONT LAKE (WY), WY

Description

Pinedale, a full service community, is located 7 miles southwest of the campground. The campground is located on the southeast shore of 9-mile-long Fremont Lake in the Bridger-Teton National Forest. Aspen, Douglas fir, juniper, and a dense understory provide adequate shade and privacy.

Alerts and Important Information

Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance.
  • There are no sewer, water, or electric site hook-ups at this campground.
  • All equipment must fit on the site pad.
  • Only 2 vehicles per site permitted, no extra vehicles allowed.
  • An RV or trailer count as 1 vehicle.
  • ATV's or ORV's allowed on designated trails only.
  • All terrain and off-highway vehicles must be licensed to operate in this campground.
  • No livestock.
Vehicles park in developed areas only; Parking vehicles or campers on any portion of access roads is not allowed. Please be sure all vehicles and campers are completely within the parking pad provided at each site.

On US 191 (Pine Street) in Pinedale, turn northeast onto Fremont Lake Road. Drive about 4 miles to a "T" junction and turn left. Go 0.2 miles, turn right at the "Y" junction, and drive 3.5 miles to the campground.
