DEER RUN CAMPGROUND (UT), UT

Description

Located near Flaming Gorge Reservoir at 6200', this area is representative of a high dessert community, and boasts a resident deer herd. There are restrooms, potable water, and a shower building with flush toilets and showers. *Nearby group sites are located at Arch Dam, Greendale, Dripping Springs, Antelope, or Dutch John Draw.* Firewood is sold at the campground. A Rec Area pass is required for each vehicle using facilites outside the campground. Purchase passes from the campground manager.

This campground has first-come, first-served sites.
Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance.
All equipment must fit on the site pad.
Vehicles must park in developed areas only.

NOTICE: A Rec Area pass is required.... purchase passes from the campground manager" with the following for both Web and agent alerts and confirmation letter: " A recreation fee is required for all usage outside the campground at Flaming Gorge National Recreation ARea. The per vehicle fees are $5 per day, $15 for 7 days, and $35 per season. Passes available from CG hosts, local businesses, the FS: Two vehicles = 1 sleeping unit + 1 passenger vehicle per single site. All equipment must fit on the site pad. Vehicles must park in developed areas only.
