Effective September 1, 2009, through the end of the official 2009 fire season. All wood and charcoal fires are prohibited in all developed campgrounds , day use areas , and all other developed areas
Stoves using gas, jellied petroleum, or pressurized liquid fuel are still allowed. Check with the local Ranger Station for current fire restrictions
No fires of any kind are allowed except for using a portable stove or lantern using gas, jellied petroleum or pressurized liquid fuel. check with the San Bernardino National Forest at 909-382-2600. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 day minimum stay on the weekends and a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends. Limited parking. No fireworks or firearms discharged at campground Firewood available for $5/bundle at Heart Bar Campground from 5/15-10/15. Rough road to site.

From Interstate 10 take the Alabama exit in the City of Redlands, CA, to Lugonio Avenue (Hwy 38). Head northeast on Hwy 38 for approximately 31 miles to Forest Service Road IN02. Go approximately 6 miles on IN02 to campground.
