Description
Convict Lake Campground is located two miles off Highway 395 between Mammoth Lake and Bishop at the Mammoth Lakes airport. There are 88 sites, 25 sites are reservable. Flush toilets, potable water and a dump station close by. Convict Lake Resort is adjacent to the campground with a store, pack station and restaurant. The Lake is less than 100 yards from the campground. Convict Creek runs throught the campground.

Alerts and Important Information
3 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
Minimum reservation window is 4 days.
There is no electricity/water/sewer site hookups at this campground.
This campground has first-come, first-serve sites.
During the nonpeak season extended reservations are available up to 14
days.
Reservations are taken from April 28, 2006 through October 15, 2006.
There are handicapped sites available for reservations.
A fee of $5 for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground.
Caution bears frequent the area.
No ATVs or ORVs are allowed in the campground.
Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am.
Convict Lake is a no-wake lake.
Generators are allowed only during non quiet hours, 3 hour maximum run time
and must be attended while running.
Day use parking is adjacent to the campground.
24 hour access to the campground.

Convict Lake Campground is located approximatly 34 miles north of Bishop
California on Highway 395. The turnoff to the campground as across from
the Mammoth Airport and is well signed. From the north, Convict Lake is
5 miles south of Mammoth Lakes California. Turn west off of Highway 395.
