Description

Clarks Ferry is located 19 miles from I Wireless Center, and 12 miles from Muscatine. This campground is at an elevation of 560 feet above sea level, and has an abundance of wildlife like songbirds, turkeys, herons, eagles, woodpeckers, and deer. Clarks Ferry provides soda machines, a boat ramp, pay phone, firewood, picnic shelter, and a lock and dam observation deck at Lock & Dam 16. Popular activities include a movie theater (Muscatine), craft shows, Wildcat Den State Park, Old Mill Day and Great River days.
