Cave Creek Campground is located on Rough River Lake. From camping to picnicking to fishing, Rough River Lake has it all to offer. The area is a nature lover's paradise. Cave Creek Campground offers 86 sites, a dump station, a playground, and a boat launch. This campground has 86 sites, boat launching ramp, dump station, pit restrooms, potable water and telephone.

Rough River Lake lies within the "Clifty" area of the Pennyroyal Region of Kentucky.

Alerts and Important Information

Cave Creek is not accepting advanced reservations for their 2010 season, They will be doing Walk-Ins ONLY as Permitted.
Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends.

The campground is open from the first of May to mid-September and sites range from $10-$14/night.

Local option prohibits the use of alcohol and no off-road vehicles allowed.
