BIG CREEK (WA), WA

Description

Big Creek Campground is located 6 miles from the west entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. This family campground is nestled in large first and second growth of pine, fir and cedar trees. A small stream runs through the campground for swimming and brook trout can be found for the fisherman. Many outdoor activities include a trail for horses, trail bikes and foot traffic to the top of the mountain for a days outing.

Alerts and Important Information

  • Reservations must be made 3 days in advance
  • 3 night minimum on holidays
  • No ATVS or OHVS in campground
  • $5.00 fee for extra vehicles collected at the campground
  • All equipment must fit on the site pad
  • All vehicles park in developed areas only
  • Horses prohibited except in designated horse camps
  • Quiet hours 10pm to 6 am
  • Pets must be leashed at all times
