Albion Basin opens anywhere from mid-July to the second week in August due to snow melt conditions. We generally know the date only a week before it opens. Check before making the drive to verify current conditions. This campground has first-come, first-served sites. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum on holidays for family sites. No admittance from 10 pm to 6 am when the gate is locked. No pets or livestock. This is a culinary watershed and you will be fined for bringing animals to the area. A per day fee for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground. From Highway 215 take 6200 South exit, go eastbound for 1 mile to Wasatch Blvd., take Wasatch Blvd. 3 miles south to junction with Little Cottonwood Canyon Highway (Highway 210). Take left at junction, follow Little Cottonwood Canyon Highway for 10.2 miles to the entrance of the Albion Campground.
