Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Gate closes at 10 pm. A fee for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground. Please check in with campground manager (at Ponderosa Campground) upon arrival. This park has first come, first served sites. Please bring your own drinking water. From Highway 15, at Nephi exit 225, go east on Highway 132 about 6 miles to the Scenic Byway. Turn left then go north 3.5 miles to the Bear Canyon turnoff. Follow to left, Ponderosa is 1/2 mile up Bear Canyon. The Bear Canyon Campground is located at the end of the road, past the Ponderosa Campground.
