Park Rules and Regulations Group Picnic Areas
- Park hours for all Parks (except Irvine and Laguna Niguel) are:
- 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM - Daylight Saving Time
(Second Sunday in March until First Saturday in November)
- 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Remainder of the Year
- Park hours for Irvine and Laguna Niguel are:
- 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM - Daylight Saving Time
(Second Sunday in March until First Saturday in November)
- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Remainder of the Year
- All motorized vehicles are subject to an entry fee of $3.00 per entry weekdays and $5.00 per entry weekends.
- Reserving a group picnic area does not guarantee parking or parking in close proximity to the picnic area.
- Use of vendors or contract services (e.g., bounce house rentals, caterers, etc.) in the park requires an OC Parks Permit. Please contact the OC Parks Permits Section at (866) 627-2757. Use of amplified sound also requires an OC Parks Permit; please call the park office for approved locations prior to contacting the OC Parks Permits Section.
- All pets must be on a leash that does not exceed 6 feet.
- Fires are permitted only in barbeques; in addition to using park charcoal barbeques, customers are permitted to bring their own propane or charcoal barbeques.
- To ensure a pleasant experience for all park visitors, the following are prohibited in the park;
- Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Possession or use of firearms or weapons
- Possession or use of fireworks
- Skateboarding or riding scooters
- Roping or sectioning off any area

Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to the date of the reservation are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to the date of the reservation are subject to loss of the entire fee.
- Full refunds are available for the following reasons:
- Park closure
- Over-booking
- Inclement weather, as determined by the Park Ranger on duty on the reservation date
- Serious medical emergency of the reservation holder or the holder's immediate family
Campground Rules and Regulations
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM/Check-out Time: Noon
- The maximum number of motorized vehicles per campsite is two. A $5.00 per night fee will be assessed for the second vehicle upon check-in.
- Only one trailer is allowed per campsite; only two tents are allowed per campsite.
- The maximum number of campers allowed per campsite is eight.
- All campers must be eighteen years of age or older or must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult.
- Fires are permitted only in barbeques or fire pits.
- The maximum number of campsites an individual may reserve is two. If you would like to reserve a group campsite, please contact the park office.

- Camping stays at Caspers Wilderness Park and O'Neill Regional Park are limited to a combined total of fourteen nights per calendar month. Camping stays at either or both parks cannot exceed fourteen consecutive nights, whether or not those stays overlap two months; any stay of fourteen consecutive nights at either or both parks must be followed by five non-camping nights. The camping stay limitations apply to all vehicles and all people occupying the campsite.
The following are prohibited in the park:

- Domestic animals (Caspers Wilderness Park Only)

- Reservations cancelled up to 2:00 pm on the arrival day of the reservation are available for full refunds.
- Reservations cancelled after 2:00 pm on the arrival date of the reservation are subject to loss of the first night's campsite fee.
- Full refunds are available for the following reasons:
- Park closure
- Over-booking
- Serious medical emergency of the reservation holder or the holder's immediate family
